How do I know if an item is in stock?
Only items that are in stock will show up on our website. If you are seeking a specific color in an item and this color does not show up on our website, please contact our customer service department via email and request an ETA.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO's?
Yes. We ship via USPS.
What is the best way to contact us?

How do I apply a promo code to my order?
Promo codes can be applied in the checkout screen. Type-in the code and hit "apply." Promo codes can only be applied once per user and some have to be used between validity dates.
How long does it take to process an order?
All orders will be processed between 1-3 business days, Monday- Friday. Orders that are placed on holidays or weekends will be processed on the next available business day. In most cases, your order will be shipped in 1 business day.
Is ordering from your online website secure?
Yes. We take the utmost care with the information you provide us with when placing an order. Our server encrypts the transmission of all credit cards and personal information using SSL (secure sockets layer) protocol.
Is there a minimum order?
No. There is no minimum order. However, it is best to order as much as you can to take advantage of our low to free* shipping rates. * Free shipping only applies during special promotional periods.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
How do I change an order after it has been placed?
You can contact our customer service department via email at foxretail@foxoutdoor.com or via phone at 888-380-7369. Once an order is shipped, you will have to place a new order. Therefore, contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.
How do I know if my order has been successfully submitted?
You will receive an email acknowledgment that contains the order reference # and details of your purchase.
How will you ship my order?
All orders to the 48 contiguous states will be shipped via USPS using standard flat-rate shipping unless otherwise noted or requested (at an additional charge). Free USPS shipping available on all orders over $100.00.
When is payment taken for my order?
Payment is taken during the checkout process when you submit your credit card information. An order number will appear on the confirmation email indicating your payment has been successfully processed.
Can I send my order as a gift?
Yes you can! Please note in the Special Instructions field during check out that you would like your order shipped as a gift order. You may include a gift message of up to 500 characters. A gift packing slip (without pricing) will be enclosed with each gift order.
Can we place our order over the phone?
We would prefer that your order be placed online but your order can be taken over the phone. Please call our toll-free number and ask for Alex (extension: 25) or Roger (extension: 33).
