Returns / Exchanges

PRODUCT WARRANTY:

Fox Outdoor Products™ guarantees most* (See Exclusions below) of its products for a period of 1 year from the original purchase date. We will, at our discretion, repair or replace any item deemed to be defective. The warranty does not cover: damage caused by normal wear & tear; improper usage; damage by weather or natural climate conditions; and, the natural breakdown of the material or color.  Credits or refunds will only be made within the 30 day period from the original date of purchase.

The repairs or replacement of any product is at the sole discretion of Fox Outdoor Products™ and will not be accepted without authorization. Any and all claims require proper documentation, i.e. original dated receipt. If the item is defective, please email images of the defect and the inside sewn-in label for our review. *EXCLUSIONS TO WARRANTY PERIOD:

  • Clothing & footwear is guaranteed for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase
  • Some products sold by Fox Outdoor Products have a manufacturer’s warranty, i.e. Zippo & Campco. If these items are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, contact the manufacturer directly.  If you require assistance, please contact our customer service Hotline at 888-380-7369 and we will field any questions you may have.
  • All clearance, discontinued, and surplus items are sold “as is” and cannot be returned.

PROCEDURES FOR RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS:

1. RETURNS: All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) #.  Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase (unless item is defective).

  • If the product was purchased in error, i.e. wrong size, you are required to send back the item(s) to our return center. If needed, we can email a return label, and the shipping charges will be deducted from your credit. If your credit is less than the shipping charges, your original pay method will be charged for the difference.
  • If the product is defective, we will email a return label and include the return shipping charges.
  • For fast processing, ship all returns to the address below and mark your RMA # in a visible spot on the outside of the carton:

2. REPLACEMENTS: An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) # is required for all returns. To insure fast processing, please ship directly to the address listed above under RETURNS.

3. REPAIRS: Once the defect is determined, we will either send out the required components to repair the portion of the product that is defective, or have the item shipped back to us for repair. Repairs can take up to 3 weeks and another 5-10 business days to be shipped back to you.

4. REFUNDS: A credit will be issued to your credit card for the value of the item and any taxes that were charged once the item is received back at the Fox Outdoor Products™ Location. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is related to a Fox error. The refund will be issued within four weeks of handing over the package to the return shipper. The processing time is based on the transit time from the shipper to Fox Outdoor Products, the time it takes us to process the return, and the time it takes your bank to process our credit request (approximately 5-10 business days).


GIFT PURCHASES:

Gifts may be exchanged only if the original hangtags are attached and the product has not been damaged or washed. In the event that the style being returned is no longer available or is out of stock, a product of equal or lesser value may be substituted.

CLAIMS:

In the event that merchandise is lost or damaged in transit, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify the carrier at the time of delivery. We are not responsible for damage, pilferage, or a loss that occurs in transit. Please call and we will assist with freight claims and provide any needed documentation.
